This CLO 3D project was an assignment to develop 5 Colourways of a jacket. This Jacket I created used the school's base Jacket CAD blocks. The file was converted to the CLO program and additional design details such as the collar, buttons, pockets, jacket length and pleating were all added with different fabrics and colours.
Wonderfully Mad
The Wonderfully Mad CLO Capsule Collection is inspired by the Alice in Wonderland Book by Lewis Carroll. The designs balance between the playful and yet solemn story of Alice falling into Wonderland. Some Design features include quilted fabrics, ruffles and tailcoats. The models and blocks were adjusted for a stout male size large and the model's skin and features were altered within the CLO program with facial details imported and altered within Photoshop.
Playing with the Program
These are just a few fun projects that helped me build knowledge of the program, including altering the size, shape, and facial features of the models. I used the pen tools to create bodycon forms and worked on adding gathers, pattern placement, and importing new materials to the garments. (The middle red lace material and the glasses are not my own and were found within the program.)
